Our Programmes

“Giving communities the tools they need to eradicate poverty”

What we do

Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD)

As a large part of our strategy and sustainability plan, ESD plays a critical role within our community development model. Within our communities we start business hubs to promote entrepreneurship and ensure that unemployed members of the community can start their own businesses. Within our hubs we have an element of employment, start-up incubation, and small business development and procurement services.

Skills Transfer - Change Maker

In partnership with the Department of Education and the Masifunde Network Change Makers, we facilitate skill-building programs for learners, empowering them to become agents of change within their schools and communities. Our goal is to promote safer school environments through a learner-led approach that tackles key social challenges such as bullying, stigma and discrimination, mental health issues, and substance abuse.

We also engage members of the broader community, equipping them with essential life and work-readiness skills aimed at improving their access to economic opportunities—whether through employment or entrepreneurship. By promoting sustainable livelihoods, we seek to reduce the negative social impacts of unemployment, including gender-based violence (GBV), teenage pregnancies, substance abuse, health issues, and crime.

Our skills development initiatives include access to training in diverse fields such as education, information technology, media, fashion, graphic design, robotics, agriculture, and general construction trades like plumbing, building, and tiling.

HEALTHCARE

Through Primary Healthcare Clinics we seek to assist with basic healthcare solutions by creating awareness and dialogues within our communities at large.

Our key focus areas include HIV prevention for key populations, as well as addressing HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), and diabetes.
Promoting awareness and understanding of the human rights aspects of HIV/AIDS and TB.

ARTS AND CULTURE

"Through our talent search program, we aim to identify young individuals in the community who possess skills in traditional crafts, dance, music, and storytelling.

Our goal is to showcase their talents by organizing art fairs and youth exhibitions within our communities."

SPORTS & RECREATION

Through sports clinics and tournaments we are promoting soft skills, healthy lifestyle, spirit of togetherness, nurturing talents in communities. We are working with experienced sports men and women that are mandated to coach and promote sports within communities. We seek to be partnering with entities to build or upgrade different sports and recreation fascilities as part of our programme
